The bBrowser.NET 4 (Vulcan Edition) is released at 27-05-2013.

The bBrowser.NET 4 (Vulcan Edition) is the .NET version of the bBrowser 4 for Visual Objects. It is designed for everyone who does the step from Visual Objects to Vulcan.NET and wants to continue to use the bBrowser in the .NET world.

The bBrowser.NET 4 (Vulcan Edition) is almost 100% compatible to the bBrowser 4 for Visual Objects and brings the full functionality of the bBrowser 4 to .NET. Click here to read in the Online-Documentation what has to be taken into account, if you make the step from bBrowser 4 for Visual Objects towards bBrowser.NET 4 (Vulcan Edition).

The bBrowser.NET 4(Vulcan Edition) supports the transported VO-GUI classes of Vulcan.NET. Through this it is possible to transport VO applications to Vulcan.NET which contain the bBrowser.

The bBrowser.NET 4 (Vulcan Edition) contain the full source code in Vulcan.NET as Solution for Visual Studio 2010 and as Project for VulcanIDE (VIDE).

The bBrowser.NET 4 (Vulcan Edition) is offered at the following prices (without VAT):

Description:

The bBrowser 4 is ready and can be ordered now.

The bBrowser 4 extends the pallet of supported features by interesting possibilities again. So record groups are supported now. With these a representation of records like in a TreeView is in a simple way possible. Furthermore cell groups can be defined in the bBrowser control. These can be moved interactively with the mouse inside the bBrowser control. With cell groups scheduler can be realized now. In addition to the already available color conditions grid conditions are supported now, too. Dependent on conditions different grids can be defined for a cell. But all this new features are only a part of the innovations in the bBrowser 4. For a detailed description of all new features click here.

The bBrowser 4 is offered in two editions:
bBrowser 4 (Standard)
bBrowser 4 (Professional)

The bBrowser 4 (Standard) contain DLLs for the following 3 versions of Visual Objects:
Visual Objects 2.8 SP4
Visual Objects 2.8 SP2/SP3
Visual Objects 2.7b

The bBrowser 4 (Professional) still contains in addition the full source code of the bBrowser 4. With the source code it is possible to built the DLLs for the bBrowser 4. For this reason the source code represents a good investment safeguarding for the future. Furthermore you can use the source code to integrates your own extensions in the bBrowser 4 or you can learn how the bBrowser 4 works internally.

The bBrowser.NET is released at 08-09-2008.

The bBrowser.NET is the .NET version of the bBrowser 3 for Visual Objects. It is designed for everyone who does the step from Visual Objects to Vulcan.NET and wants to continue to use the bBrowser in the .NET world.

The bBrowser.NET is almost 100% compatible to the bBrowser 3 for Visual Objects and brings the full functionality of the bBrowser to .NET. Click here to read in the Online-Documentation what has to be taken into account, if you make the step from bBrowser 3 towards bBrowser.NET (Vulcan Edition).

The bBrowser.NET (Vulcan Edition) supports the transported VO-GUI classes of Vulcan.NET. Through this it is possible to transport VO applications to Vulcan.NET which contain the bBrowser. The WinForms are supported in a later version of bBrowsers.NET.

The bBrowser.NET (Vulcan Edition) contain the full source code in Vulcan.NET as Solution for Visual Studio 2008 and as Project for VulcanIDE (VIDE).

The bBrowser.NET (Vulcan Edition) is offered for 199,- . An improved update price of the bBrowser 3 for Visual Objects is not offered. 


 Support for bBrowser 1.5 will be closed

Description: The support for bBrowser 1.5 will be closed to 1. November 2007. This indicates that no more upgrades and patches are published.

 bBrowser 3

Description:

The bBrowser 3 is released and can be ordered immediately.

The bBrowser 3 extends the pallet of supported features by interesting possibilities again.The Visual Styles are supported in all areas of the bBrowser control now. The representation of column captions in the style of Windows XP or Vista is no more future now. Representing of colors with overlapped effect, called Alpha Blending, is possibly in the bBrowser control now, too. Furthermore group columns are supported so that several data columns can be united to a group. The group column has an own column caption which spans all data columns of the group. The group column opens up many interesting possibilities. Extensions were implemented also for Drag & Drop. Drag & Drop between a bBrowser and a different control (like TreeView or ListView) is now supported. But all this new features are only a part of the innovations in the bBrowser 3. Description: The bBrowser 2 is finished and can be ordered immediately. The bBrowser 2 extends the pallet of supported functions with interesting new features. New features were implemented in the following topics:

Data editing
Despite the many new features the high speed of the bBrowser could be retained. In some areas the speed could be improved.

Description: The support for
bBrowser Standard 1.4 and
bBrowser Professional 1.4
is ended to 1. January 2004. This indicates that no more patches are published.

Patches for bBrowser 1.4 (Limited) are published anymore.

With the publication of Visual Objects 2.7 the bBrowser 1.4 (Limited) is only supported for this version. The support for CA-Visual Objects 2.6 is then ended.
